30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a Dugout Hero purchase — whether the Season Pass or a Monthly subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@swayathletics.com with your account email and order details, and we'll help you through Stripe's refund process.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it is revoked.

Season Pass

The Season Pass is a one-time purchase that grants 365 days of Pro access. Refund requests within 30 days of purchase are honored in full; after 30 days, the pass remains active for its 365-day term but is not refundable.
