For leagues & tournaments
Run your whole league on one scorebook
Dugout Hero is adult slow pitch scorekeeping software for league and tournament organizers. Every game is scored under the same USSSA or GSL rule set, every score is live for fans, and every stat rolls up to the league without chasing scorecards.
What league-wide scoring gets you
One rule set, every field
Lock USSSA or GSL for the whole league — home run limits, inning-ending outs, DHH, courtesy runners, mercy and time rules — so no two scorekeepers score the same play differently.
Live box scores for every game
Each game gets a share link. Players, parents, and the league page can follow the score pitch by pitch without anyone being at the field.
Stats that roll up
Hitting, defense, and pitching totals accumulate per team, per season, and year over year — no spreadsheets collected at the end of the night.
Tournament-ready in a weekend
Spin up a tournament, drop teams in, and score pool play and bracket games back to back on a phone or tablet in the dugout.
Fewer arguments, faster games
The scorer tracks the home run count and courtesy runner usage for you, so the excess-HR out and illegal-runner out are called by the app, not debated at the plate.
Recaps your league can post
One tap generates a shareable recap graphic with the final, key rule events, and standouts — ready for the league's social feed.
How rollout works
1
Tell us about your league
Divisions, number of teams, rule set, and season dates. We size the rollout with you.
2
Onboard your coaches
Every coach gets an account, a roster, and a schedule. Sample games let them practice before opening night.
3
Score, share, and report
Games go live as they're scored, stats accumulate, and you export box scores and season summaries as PDFs whenever you need them.

- Do you support both USSSA and GSL rule sets?
- Yes. Both are built in, including USSSA home run classifications with the excess-home-run inning-ending out and the GSL Designated Homerun Hitter with the free home run after a DHH walk.
- Does every coach need their own subscription?
- For league-wide rollouts we set up organizer pricing that covers your coaches, rather than each coach buying individually. Send us your team count and we'll quote it.
- Can fans watch without an account?
- Yes. Live box scores open from a share link with no signup, and games in progress also appear on the public live games page.
- Can we run a single tournament instead of a full season?
- Yes. Tournaments can be set up standalone, with pool play and bracket games scored under the same rule set and stats rolled up for the event.
